How we handle your information.
RallyCap Funding LLC ("RallyCap Funding," "we," "us") provides working capital to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through rallycapfunding.com and during the funding process, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
What you give us
- Funding requests. When you send the request form on this site, we receive your business name, your name, phone number, email address, average monthly revenue, time in business, the amount you need, whether you have open advances, and what the funds are for.
- Applications. If you move forward, we ask for more, such as business bank statements, a completed application, identification for each owner, and details about the business and its owners.
- Messages. We keep emails, calls, and other messages you send us.
What we receive from others
- Brokers and referral partners. If a broker or independent sales organization submits your file to us, we receive the information they send on your behalf.
- Verification and underwriting sources. With your authorization, we may obtain information from credit bureaus, bank verification services, public records, and similar sources to review a funding request.
What is collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
- Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Cookies. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and communicate with you about it.
- To review, underwrite, fund, and service funding transactions.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
- To maintain and improve this site and our services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers. Companies that host this site, process form submissions, provide email, verify bank and identity information, and process payments for us. They may use the information only to provide those services.
- Parties to your transaction. A broker who referred you, and funding partners or servicers involved in evaluating, funding, or collecting on your transaction.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator request, or when needed to protect our rights or to prevent fraud.
- Business transfers. If RallyCap Funding is sold or merged, information may transfer to the successor, subject to this policy.
Phone, email, and text messages
When you send a funding request, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone or email. We send marketing text messages only if you separately agree to receive them, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request, service a funded transaction, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
This site uses encryption in transit, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send bank statements or identification by ordinary email unless we ask you to and tell you how.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor requests as the law requires, and we may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations or to service an existing transaction. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. To make a request, email team@rallycapfunding.com.
Children
This site is for businesses and their owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
